
This will be a follow on workshop building on the first introduction Self Care Abilities workshop. Covering additional methods that reinforce your holistic health. Understanding the purpose of movements will help practitioners gain the most benefit from Zhineng Qigong practices. This is a movement focused workshop covering:
- Regulating Body & Mind
- Qi Field
- Chen Qi
- Neck Care
- Qi Core
